Prior to this, Negin was the Group Ecommerce Director at YOOX NET-A-PORTER, playing key roles in major projects and introducing new revenue streams. Negin has extensive experience in advising clients worldwide on defining and executing their digital strategies, having spent 8 years at Thoughtworks, a global management and strategy consultancy.
Anna has held positions as Chief Commercial Officer and Group Merchandising Director. In her tenure at YNAP she managed an open to buy budget in excess of €1billion and procurement strategy for 1000+ brands across all businesses and categories. She led the team through transformational projects such as the introduction of an Omni stock hub and spoke model and the introduction of a concession business.
Rebecca has held the role of Merchandising Director at YOOX Net-A-Porter & MatchesFashion.com. In her role at MatchesFashion.com she designed and implemented a new margin positive global pricing strategy. Rebecca led cross-functional teams to ready the business for a new concession model. Rebecca also performed a key role in stock and margin planning for global expansion platforms such as Tmall‘s Luxury Pavillion in China.

Notably, she excels as a seasoned and highly experienced operator, proficiently navigating both business and product strategies. Furthermore, she holds a prominent position within the startup and investment ecosystem of the sector, with a track record of spearheading open innovation strategies, including the Dream Assembly accelerator.Carol's influence extends to her role as an advisor to global venture capital firms focused on fashion tech.
