Overview
“StudioThree” refers to “StudioThree Group Ltd”
"The Service" refers to the two-week course, which includes two in-person workshops of two hours each. These workshops will take place at a central London location with other participants. Details about the venue and any required preparation will be sent via email to the address provided during registration. Please check your spam or junk folder to ensure you receive these communications.
While we aim to address general questions during the workshops, we may not be able to address all specific queries related to your business. If additional support is required, a separate paid session with StudioThree can be arranged.
Our Responsibilities
We commit to delivering the Service as described and to the best of our ability. Our team has the expertise and experience as described on the StudioThree website.

Workshop Participation
By registering for the workshop, you agree to:
Arrive on time for the sessions.
Understand that late arrivals or absences will not entitle you to reschedule or receive a refund.
Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Force Majeure
StudioThree shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected workshops or offer alternative arrangements.
Intellectual Property
The content, features and materials provided as part of the Service are the exclusive property of StudioThree. All materials are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of the content is prohibited without prior written consent from StudioThree.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. StudioThree accepts payment via credit/debit card or other methods specified during the booking process. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Photography and Recording Consent
StudioThree may take photographs or record video during the workshops for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media. If you do not wish to appear in any recordings or photographs, please notify us in advance.
